The location on this adventure is direct to the Signal Hill Lookout carpark, but for an absolutely walkable hike to the lookout, it's simple: Make a day trip out of the Dunedin Botanic Garden then from the front gates, take a right up Opoho Road and eventually take a slight left up Signal Hill Road.
