They played at a few house parties, but that was it. A documentary on the 1970s punk trio Death, and their new-found popularity decades after they disbanded. The documentary its self is very touching, well made, and something every music fan needs to own because this band should have been famous. With Bobby Hackney, David Hackney, Dannis Hackney, Robbie Duncan. Directed by Mark Christopher Covino, Jeff Howlett. Mike Washburn,Documentary is pretty good touches on origins of the band all the albums the transition from Mantas, Massacre to Death and Control Denied hints at the possible release of the second Control Denied album one-day as 5 songs are tracked and syched with original drum parts and Chucks guitar's. The documentary omits however that Death, for the most part, never played a show at a night club. That right there is why Death never made it as Death.
