They worked great, but I do think small to medium size would be better, not so sure about jumbo size though. 2 cups frozen cooked peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp 3 cups chopped leftover honey-baked, spiral-cut ham ... because I had them. Make shallow cut lengthwise down back of each shrimp and wash out vein. If you have purchased frozen shrimp, be sure to thaw it completely before cooking.
